Congratulations on having your abstract selected for a Flash Talk presentation!

Flash Talks are rapid-fire presentation sessions designed to deliver high-impact findings concisely. Each presenter is allocated a total of 5 minutes:

  • 3-minute presentation

  • 2-minute Q&A

Session moderators will strictly enforce these time limits to ensure all speakers stay on schedule.

Session & Presentation Rules

  • Presentation Location: Printed Flash Talk presentations will take place directly in front of your assigned Poster Board in the Poster Area (Skalkotas Foyer).

  • Board Number: Your assigned poster board number and poster session details will be shared closer to the conference.

  • Presentation Format: You will present directly in front of your physical printed poster (PORTRAIT orientation). No digital slides or screens will be used.

  • Time Limit: Strictly 3 minutes talk + 2 minutes Q&A.

  • Physical Poster Required: You must print, bring, and display your physical poster on your assigned board according to your shift schedule.

  • Station Number: Your assigned E-Poster station number and schedule will be shared closer to the conference.

  • Presentation Format: You will present directly in front of the screen at your assigned E-Poster Station using your uploaded E-Poster (PORTRAIT orientation).
  • Time Limit: Strictly 3 minutes talk + 2 minutes Q&A.

  • E-Poster Upload Required: You must upload your electronic poster prior to the conference using the link sent to you via email.
