Participation as a Sponsor/Exhibitor at IPVS conferences or related activities does not imply endorsement or approval by IPVS of any company, product, or service. Sponsors/Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their products, materials, and claims are supported by robust scientific evidence and are aligned with applicable scientific and regulatory standards. We ask that sponsors/exhibitors do not suggest, directly or indirectly, that IPVS endorses or supports their products or services in any marketing or promotional materials; any reference to participation in our conference must not imply endorsement.  IPVS reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with these guidelines, including removal from the conference or exclusion from future participation, and may decline or withdraw participation to protect the society’s scientific integrity.
