General Rules

  • By entering the competition, participants grant IPVS and Kenes Group permission to use their name, photograph, caption, and/or social media post for promotional and communications purposes, free of charge.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that everyone featured in their submitted photograph has agreed to be photographed and to have the image shared publicly.
  • By entering the competition, participants confirm their eligibility in accordance with these rules and release IPVS and Kenes Group, together with their respective directors, officers, and employees, from liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in the competition or from the awarding, acceptance, or use of any prize.
  • Any prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • IPVS and Kenes Group, together with their respective directors, officers, and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
  • Refusal to accept the prize releases IPVS and Kenes Group, together with their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any liability or obligation toward the winner.
  • IPVS and Kenes Group, together with their respective directors, officers, and employees, accept no liability for any inability to act resulting from circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond their reasonable control, including strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes affecting their operations or those of any organization or service provider involved in the competition.
  • By entering the competition, participants agree to comply with these rules and with any amendments introduced by IPVS or Kenes Group.
