Submission Guidelines
All abstracts must be submitted via the online system. Email, fax, or post submissions will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be in English.
Maximum 300 words per abstract.
Title: maximum 25 words.
Abstract structure must follow: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
Presentation Types
Poster
Poster Discussion (Short Oral)
Oral Presentation
The Scientific Committee will consider authors’ preferences but reserves the right to assign the final presentation type.
Authorship
The submitting author will serve as the corresponding author.
An individual may submit multiple abstracts.
A presenting author may present a maximum of 3 abstracts.
Commercial Independence
All abstracts must comply with IPVS guidelines to ensure scientific independence. [Read guidelines here]
Notification
Abstract acceptance or rejection will be sent to the presenting author.
The presenting author must inform all co-authors of the abstract status.
Abstract Requirements
Authors: Full first and last names, department, institution, city, state, country.
Title: Up to 25 words in UPPERCASE.
Abstract Text: Maximum 300 words.
Topic & Sub-topic: Must select from the official list.
Keywords: 1–3 keywords in English.
Conflict of Interest: Must be disclosed in submission.
Publication: All abstracts will be published on the first day of the conference.
Media & Tables
Up to 3 images and/or 3 tables per abstract.
Maximum file size per image/table: 700 KB.
Submission Requirements
Only original or updated research is recommended.
All co-authors must approve the content prior to submission.
Abstract content cannot be modified after final submission.
One author must register and present at the conference for inclusion in the program.
Clear English with correct grammar and spelling is required.
Abstract Submitters’ Declaration
By submitting an abstract, the submitting author confirms:
All information is correct and finalized.
Consent from all co-authors for publication.
No infringement of third-party rights.
Grant of license to IPVS, the Conference, and Kenes Group to publish and distribute the abstract.
Awareness that abstracts may be reallocated to a different topic/sub-topic if necessary.
